Something bad happened - life update

Thank you to everyone who joined the live chat and for leaving positive comments, sharing your own experiences with me. I attempted to do an unboxing in the live to give me something to focus on but it was honestly better to just talk about what happened and I should have done it sooner. My neck has been healing well and I’m going to try and film in the next few days - I just wanted to let you know what happened in advance in case there is still bruising.
