R-Type (1987) by IREM is probably one of the hardest arcade games for Casual Players. But can a Basic Gamer master it? How long would that actually take? And how much money would a player back in 1987 spend in an arcade to do so? Be my Player 2 as we find out together just how many quarters it takes to Git Gud at RType!

Getting a 1CC has always been on my bucket list. After playing through X-Men, Ghouls 'N Ghosts, Splatterhouse & Contra, we now have FOUR 1CCs under our belt! And that got me thinking... can we up our game and get a 1LC (1 Life Clear) ...?
