Want to make a quick delicious breakfast for your loved onrs this valentines day? Try this Pancake recipe!

INGREDIENTS:
-1 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
-2 eggs
-2 Tbsp Butter, melted
-2 cups @sweetshopbaking Pancake & Waffle mix
-Maple Syrup
-Strawberries
-Bananas
-Nutella

In a large mixing bowl add buttermilk, eggs, butter and pancake mix. Mix until well combined.

Heat a griddle to medium heat and slide your butter over it to melt. Take about 1/3 cup of batter and pour onto the griddle.

Cook the pancake for about 2 minutes or until the edges are set. Flip the pancake using a spatula and continue cooking for another 2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter.

Place one of the pancakes on a plate and drizzle syrup all over it. You can also add a little butter if you like. Add another pancake on top.

Repeat the previous steps until you have as many pancakrs as you like. Add bananas and strawberries on top and drizzle melted nutella over!
