Joe Biden is 'at severe risk of being incapacitated' amid cognitive concerns

For presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden the coronavirus pandemic is "his best campaign asset" according to NSW One Nation leader Mark Latham.

The 2020 United States presidential debates are set to take place from late September, while there has been speculation presidential candidate Joe Biden will choose not to participate, despite his confirmation he will attend three debates with the incumbent US President.

Mr Latham told Sky News "for the first time in anyone's memory in American politics ... you'd have to say Biden is just at severe risk of being incapacitated".

"What sort of decision-making prowess could he have in the White House," he said.
