RUMANZA GOLF CADDIE TOURNAMENT 2024 HIGHLIGHTS
The Second RUMANZA Caddies Golf
Tournament concluded at the Sir Nick Faldo-designed
RUMANZA Golf Course in DHA, Multan, from August
20th to 22nd, 2024. This prestigious three-day event
gathered over 150+ finest caddies from across different
clubs of Pakistan, competing for an impressive prize
pool of 2.5 million PKR. On 22 august Prize distribution
ceremony held at RUMANZA Golf and country club
where the winners and runner ups were rewarded with
trophies and cash prizes.
A standout feature was the Hole-in-One prize,
sponsored by Tez Fiber, where the first player to
achieve this feat won a brand-new CG 125 motorcycle.
Secretary RUMANZA Brigadier Baber Zafar Khan Niazi,
SI(M) Retd, graced the event as the chief guest, who
appreciated this activity and added that RUMANZA will
be ensuring such events in future to promote golf in
Pakistan. UBL Bank, the top sponsor of the event, was
represented by the team of UBL South Punjab and
Regional Manager South Punjab Mr. Attique ur rehman
attended as the guest of Honor.
In a tournament defined by outstanding performances,
Shahid from Peshawar Golf Club emerged as the
champion, with scores of 77, 77, and 75, totaling 229.
They claimed the top prize of Rs. 377,350/-, marking a
notable achievement in their golfing career. The
runner-up, Ali Raza from Lahore Garrison Golf &
Country Club, finished with an aggregate score of 233,
just 4 strokes behind the champion, earning Rs. 242,
575/-. The 2nd runner-up, Kamran Zahoor from Karachi
Golf Club, finished with an aggregate score of 233.
The golfing community looks forward to RUMANZA's
future endeavors and the continued development of its
facilities and programs.
