Google IT Support Professional Certificate Review

I decided to take the Google IT Suport Professional certificate. I have no prior IT experience. I come from a customer service background looking to get into the tech support field then further down the road into software development. So far I have the fundamental certificate and the bits and bytes of networking. I took what is six months gap between the two and felt really compelled to go ahead and finish.
