Victorian Government keeps NSW border open amid Sydney COVID-19 outbreak | ABC News

The state border will remain open, however under the permit system introduced last night, travellers to Victoria who have visited Sydney's northern beaches or hotspots designated as red zones are not to be permitted entry.

Victoria's Health Minister Martin Foley today again advised Melburnians against visiting the city, and warned that if cases appear in Greater Sydney the existing coronavirus red zone would be expanded.
