In this episode, Harshita Pathak talks about England’s High court ruling released on 06th of October, regarding the custody battle of Princess Haya and Dubai ruler Sheikh Mohammed’s Children. Mohammed used the sophisticated "Pegasus" software, developed by Israeli firm NSO for states to counter national security risks, to hack the phones of Princess Haya bint al-Hussein, half-sister of Jordan's King Abdullah, and some of those closely connected to her, according to the rulings.

The latest rulings come 19 months after the court concluded that Mohammed had abducted two of his daughters, Latifa and Shamsa, mistreated them and held them against their will.

The High Court decided to give Princess Haya custody of her two children with the UAE ruler at the end of a multi-million-pound custody hearing.

Princess Haya had fled Dubai in April 2019 with both her children. There were growings suspicions about her affair with a British Bodyguard.
