Adelle Overview & Evaluation [Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent]

When CotC first started, Thieves were marketed as a class that could be useful in any fight thanks to their Shield Crack abilities that ignore enemy weaknesses. The Bravely Collab brings us Adelle, the Thief, who despite having access to these same Shield Crack skills, also has a much higher emphasis on dealing damage. How does she hold up to not only other Thieves in the game, but also the inherent power creep that Shield Crack thieves face as the game progresses?
