Full Day of Eating & CrossFit in Quarantine | Noah Ohlsen

Fueling my body to perform is important, whether we're in quarantine or not! My diet has changed slightly since we've been locked down for the past month and a majority of competitions have been postponed or cancelled. I'm hoping that this video will inspire anyone watching to stay on track and that it's not too tricky to eat the right stuff, especially when the options of eating out are currently off limits!
