Bovis customers in Norwich angry after moving into houses they say weren't finished on time

They're the dream homes that turned into nightmares.
Bovis customers in Cringleford and Queen's Hills have a whole catalogue of complaints - from holes in the wall to dodgy plumbing.
They had to wait months to move in, while the company told them the work was being finished - but tonight Bovis say they are working hard to sort out the problems.
