According to a survey conducted by the Rating sociological group in June 2023, the main elements of the internal balance of Ukrainians are Christianity, faith in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, family, and friends

● 86% of Ukrainians surveyed maintain resilience, inner peace, and happiness due to their faith in the Armed Forces;

● 61% of respondents say that warm family relationships, relatives, and friends help them maintain their stability;

● 31% of respondents owe their internal resilience to their daily employment and work, which helps to distract them and keep them going despite terrible and tragic events;

● 20% of respondents said that they are holding on because of their faith in the state;

● Another 20% of Ukrainians remain calm due to their religious beliefs, i.e., faith in God;

● 12% of respondents said that fundraising (donating to the cause), direct volunteering and participation in charity events, international support and assistance have a positive impact on their level of resilience and happiness.
