Authentic Punjabi Rajma Recipe | Punjabi Style Rajma | Biba Di Cooking

Ingredients
1. Rajma Chitra 250 gram
2. Red chilli powder 1-TBSP
3. Cumin 2-TBSP
4. Garam masala 1 -TBSP
5. Bay leaf (Tej Patta) -3
6. Dal Chini 1 -2 sticks
7. Clove 4-6
8. Green cardamom 3-4
9. Black cardamom 1-2
10.Ginger garlic paste 2-TBSP.
11. Rock salt ( 2-3 ) TBSP.
12. Cooking oil 100- grams
13. Amul butter 100 grams
14. Black paper crushed 1-2TBSP
15. Kasturi methi 1-2 TBSP.
16. Milk 250 ML
17. Onion - 2
19. Tomato - 2
20. Garlic flakes 8-10
21. Ginger 1- inch
22. Green chilli - 2
23. Coriander leaves - 2 small bowl
Steps for Red kidney beans (Rajma )curry
1-Soak the Rajma overnight or for atleast 4-5 hours.To boil the rajma take a pressure cooker and add 1 litre water in it for 250 gm of rajma . Add the soaked rajma in it . Add ginger garlic paste ,all the raw dry spices ,Indian ghee & close the lid and let it boil for 30 mins .
2- Then take a pan , turn on the flame to medium and put fenugreek dry leaves on it & roast it and then take them out .
Follow the same process for cumin seeds
3- Put Indian ghee in pan once hot add chopped ginger and garlic in it . Cooked for 1-2 mins then add chopped onions in it .
4-once onions are brown add red chili powder and 1 tb spoon Garam masala powder also tomato purry as well & mix them all together .Add salt which will cook them faster .
5-put water also in the tomato purry on medium flame and cover it and let it cook for few minutes.
Open the cooker and check by pressing rajma if boiled properly.
6-Also add 1 glass of Luke warm milk it it and let it boil for 10 mins. After 10 mins open the lid and transfer the boiled rajma in the tomato onion curry .
7-Also add the roasted fenugreek leaves and roasted cumin powder and let it boil again for 10 mins on medium flame. Also add chopped fresh corriander leaves on it .
Now they are ready to eat with chapati or rice
