Koalas rescued from Kanangra-Boyd National Park, moved to Taronga Zoo | 7NEWS

Koalas that were under threat from fire in the Kanangra-Boyd National Park have been relocated to Taronga Zoo.

The Green Wattle Creek fire continues to burn out of control south-west of Sydney.

Dr Kellie Leigh and volunteers from Science for Wildlife Ltd helped move the 12 koalas, including four joeys, into their temporary home to Taronga Zoo Sydney.
