Sim Update 2: Settings for best performance

As in the previous video, I go through 3 settings that has given me better performance in SU2: disabling rolling cache, resizable BAR and HAGS. I also talk about updating AMD FidelityFX files, which might give an additional performance boost.

As I haven't been entirely happy with SU2 so far, I'm trying some experimental settings to see if performance is better. This is based on a forum post suggesting that things might improve with disabling rolling cache, resizable BAR and HAGS.
