Did you know that there are actual War of the Worlds games out there? They are few, but if you search you can find them. Unfortunately most are made by a team of less than 5 people and because of that the experience can be a bit mediocre. This game definitely has a good idea as a base, but lacks the variety and gameplay to keep it interesting all the way through. It definitely has the potential to become good if a bit more time was put into it with different mechanics. Hopefully in the future bigger teams with a bigger budget will take on a War of the Worlds game since the setting and story is so cool.
