This is a Mongolian style Chinese song, lyrics by 席慕容, who is a Mongolian Taiwanese, originally singer maybe 布仁巴雅爾 but I am not 100% sure. This version may not be "Authentic Mongolian" style singing, but if you think about what the lyrics is, it actually talks about a Mongolian who was born in some other places, who does not speak Mongolian yet can sense the power of the Mongolian grassfield and his ancestors when he actually landed there.
