Karnataka's Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar leaves from the residence of the current Chief Minister Siddaramaiah after the breakfast meeting, amid speculations of a leadership change in the state. Ministers coming out of the meeting claim that Siddaramaiah will resign by 3.30 pm and DK Shivakumar will be the new face of the Chief Minister in Karnataka.
