GSTR 2b Import Excel To Tally Prime
1. GSTR-2B Excel Download करना
1. GST Portal पर लॉगिन करें।
2. Returns → GSTR-2B पर जाएं।
3. जिस महीने का डेटा चाहिए, वह माह चुनें।
4. Download → Excel पर क्लिक करके GSTR-2B की Excel फ़ाइल डाउनलोड करें।
2. Excel को Tally Import Format में Convert करना
👉 Tally Prime Directly GSTR-2B Excel Import को सपोर्ट नहीं करता।
इसलिए आपको Excel को Tally-compatible format में लाना होगा।
• Format होना चाहिए:
o Supplier GSTIN
o Invoice No
o Invoice Date
o Taxable Value
o Tax Rate (%)
o CGST / SGST / IGST Amount
3. Tally Prime में Import करना
1. Tally Prime खोलें।
2. Gateway of Tally → Import Data → Vouchers पर जाएं।
3. File Path दें (Excel से बना हुआ XML/Excel file जो Tally format में है)।
4. Import कर लें।
4. Import के बाद Check करना
• Purchase Register / GSTR-2 Report में Match करके देखें।
• कोई mismatch हो तो Voucher Alteration में जाकर correction करें।
