Doctor Convicted of Strangling Wife Apologizes Before Sentencing

Dr. Ingolf Tuerk addressed the judge before he was sentenced for strangling his wife, Kathleen McLean, in 2020. Tuerk apologized to his deceased wife several times for strangling her and dumping her body in a pond. He stated that he struggled with what happened and wished he could take it back and change the outcome. He also apologized to Katie's family, his kids and friends.
