1956 Jensen 541 | Euro Auto Festival | Rare European Imports

Wow! We couldn’t believe our eyes at the collection of cars that rolled into the Euro Auto Festival in South Carolina! We have a knack for spotting scarce and unusual vehicles, but this show was busting at the seams with rare finds. The 1956 Jensen 541 was one that grabbed Dennis’ attention right away. This fiberglass bodied luxury sport coupe is unlike any car we’ve ever seen, and we’re excited to show it off in this episode. But first, we caught up with a 1970 Marcos GT. You just don’t find these babies anymore, and this one is the nicest we’ve seen. Then we check out an experimental 1957 Rolls Royce Limo. With innovations like power windows, air conditioning, and their first V8 engine, this Phantom V is as historic as it is elegant. The Euro Auto Fest takes place on the grounds of the Spartanburg BMW plant, so of course we had to check out a classic that really put the automaker on the map for North America. The lightweight 1972 BMW 2002 that pulled us over is stuffed with a 200 HP beefed-up Beamer engine, making it an awesome Autocross machine. By the end of the day we were in the mood for some Italian, so we made our way over to a 1969 Maserati Ghibli. This high-performance beauty sports magnificent body lines and an upgraded 4.9 L V8 Maserati SS engine.
