A weekend full of adventures. first stop City Athletic to smash a gym session with Fitness ambassador Shaun Stafford then onto an insane massage at The Refinery premium mens spa, a Healthy Smoothie with fashion blogger Gallucks & then roof top drinks in Shepherds bush with friends and to finish off my first flight with my new Phantom 4 Drone.
