Trying to Maintain Healthy Habits While Traveling: My Real Week of Ups & Downs

This was a challenging week and I fell short with many of the healthy habits I have been working on. The biggest issue was my eating, I ate out nearly every day and did not make the best food choices overall. My activity level was also not what I would have hoped for, but I did manage to get a few workouts in including swimming laps while on my work trip. The added extra stress from work and traveling did derail my usual progress.
On a brighter note, I can officially cross off my first 2025 goal - hitting 25k subscribers! I cannot believe I reached such a major milestone this early in the year and I am truly so grateful for each and every one of you. YouTube is a passion of mine and it means the world to me that I have such a supportive community of people cheering me on as I build healthier habits and become the best version of myself. Thank you to everyone that has subscribed!
For this upcoming week I plan to refocus on my diet and exercise. I will not be eating out at all this week and for workouts I will do at least a 30-minute workout every day. This will help me get back into healthier habits and a normal routine now that I am back home. Work will still be very busy these next few weeks, but I need to rebalance my healthy habits and stop choosing to eat out for convenience.
