HE'S TWICE MY WEIGHT ! 85kg vs 150kg Armwrestling Supermatch COA UK

A couple of months ago in preparation for Nationals i took a grudge match against a 150kg opponent, nearly twice my size at 85kg. Although i didint get a single pin, after being ripped open on the first round, i managed to find a good angle and actually hold him for some decent time. Since that time, i can get into a press position of the go with pretty much anyone.

So let it be a lesson that its true, you learn more from your losses than your wins.
