Kuih Talam Labu (Pumpkin)
300g steamed pumpkin
Blend till smooth
250ml santan (coconut milk)
170g sugar
100g sago flour
50g rice flour
1/2 tsp salt
Sieve out the lumps
20cm by 20 cm pan
Oil the pan
Steam for 15 mins or till set
TOP layer
250ml santan (coconut milk)
50g rice flour
30g sago flour
1/2 tsp salt
Sieve out the lumps
Steam for 15 mins or till set
Cool for 4 hours before removing and cutting
