Tory MP calls unconscious bias training "a waste of time."

Unconscious bias training for civil servants is being scrapped by ministers because it is ineffective and can have “unintended negative consequences”.

The move has been seen as part of the Government’s attack on “woke” culture with unions demanding to know what will replace it.

Conservative MP Ben Bradley applauds the decision, saying “these things are a waste of time. They are just a box ticking exercise to appear to be doing something."

Speaking on his talkRADIO show, Ian Collins said “the idea you are implicitly racist, even if you don’t know it is Orwellian.

“The fact you don’t even know you’re a bad machine proves you’re a bad machine. What do you do with that?

“This is just east Californian, 1970s-80s mumbo jumbo.”
