Gerencia, humanismo e imaginación: Carlos Largacha at TEDxTeusaquillo

Carlos is humanist and social entrepreneur. He has a trayectory as a consultant and as a quantum coach in Latin American companies. He holds a PhD in International Studies and Quantum Sociology. He is the Colombian Lead of the Humanistic Management Center. His social innovation approach is based on quantic humanism. His approaches towards self-realization and humanistic management is highly innovative, since he takes the elements of authenticity, passion, inspiration and imagination to the business and social entrepreneurship world. His story inspire those who believe that their workplace are the space to dream and create a flourishing milieu.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
