I still cannot get over how soft that dough was. Next time I will just stick it directly in the bun pan. Not mess with it much at all.
Buns
2 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
1 cup lukewarm water
3 cups King Arthur Unbleached All Purpose Flour
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons softened butter
1/4 cup non fat dry milk
1/2 cup instant mashed potato flakes

Follow your bread machine instructions
Bake 350 degrees for 18 minutes covered with pan, bake additional 3-5 minutes uncovered.
