Heidi in Israel - Searching for Traces (A Heidiseum exhibition at the Jewish Museum in Munich 2022)

In cooperation with the Jewish Museum Munich, the Heidiseum shows the exhibition "Heidi in Israel - Searching for Traces". Heidi has delighted an audience of millions for more than 140 years and has become one of the best-known Swiss children's books in the world, which was also translated into Hebrew in 1946. Today, the novel is part of the canon of children's literature in Israel, with a diverse reception and impact history. Whether as a book, radio play or film, Heidi is now firmly anchored in the Jewish culture. The exhibition will be on view at the Jewish Museum Munich from 23 March to 16 October, 2022.
