“I couldn’t have survived if I was in America.” one woman said about intensive care she received as a child in Britain to treat a brain virus.

Being in the US, free healthcare is such a foreign concept to me. I am currently paying around $300/month for "cheaper" insurance. This being said, It's fascinating and eye-opening to me.
