Plague Inc: Lycanthropy (Monster Plague Engine POC) (Mega Brutal, No Genes)

This is a pretty straightforward scenario, all things considered. I made it in order to demonstrate the Monster Plague Engine, a file that will allow other scenario creators to incorporate combat mechanics into their own plagues.

Some people were having trouble figuring out how it worked though, so I made a video.

It's a lot easier than it seems at first, you just have to play really aggressively. Don't even bother being stealthy, not even a little. Rush Lycanthropy as soon as possible, then focus on combat abilities to win. Passive infectivity is extremely low, to force players to use the werewolves.

The reason I go for ATK first instead of INF is because this gets more kills, which grants more DNA.

You can also win by killing the werewolves with lethal symptoms instead of making them intelligent, but this is harder, especially on Mega Brutal.
