Road Trip from Ranchi to Chandipur via Jamshedpur & Baripada

In this video, we begin our memorable road trip from Ranchi in our own car and travel through Jamshedpur and Baripada, enjoying scenic roads before reaching Chandipur Beach, Balasore by evening.

After checking into our hotel, we explored the local Chandipur area, took a relaxing evening walk on Chandipur Beach, enjoyed fresh seafood, and experienced the vibrant atmosphere of the Salo Annual Mela, which made the evening even more special.

The next morning, we witnessed the world-famous Chandipur Beach tidal phenomenon, also known as the “Vanishing Sea.”
🌊 During low tide, the sea water recedes dramatically for several kilometers, exposing the ocean floor and allowing people to walk far into the sea.
🌊 During high tide, the water slowly and gracefully returns to the shore, creating a magical and rare natural spectacle.

Chandipur Beach is one of the very few places in the world where the sea moves back and returns visibly, making it a once-in-a-lifetime experience for visitors.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay here and strongly recommend everyone to visit Chandipur Beach at least once. It is perfect for families, nature lovers, photographers, and road-trip enthusiasts.
