Chilli Paneer Maggi
Ingredients
2 Maggi packets (₹15 each)
4 cups water
Little oil
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 large capsicum, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 carrot, chopped
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Schezwan sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
2 Maggi Tastemaker masala sachets
100 grams of paneer cubes
Method
1. Boil 4 cups of water. Add 2 Maggi packets, cover and cook on high flame for 1 minute.
2. Uncover and separate the strands using a fork.
3. Cook for another 2 minutes. We have to cook the Maggi only 60%.
4. Strain the Maggi and pour cold water on top.
5. Lift it up immediately to stop the cooking process.
6. Spray a little oil and mix.
7. In a pan, add 2 tbsp oil.
8. Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 large capsicum (diced), 1 small onion (diced) and 1 carrot (chopped).
9. Stir-fry on high flame for 1 minute.
10. Add 1 tbsp chilli sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp Schezwan sauce, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup and 1/4 tsp salt (add less salt).
11. Mix and cook for 1 minute.
12. Add 1/2 cup water, 2 Maggi Tastemaker masala sachets and 100 grams paneer cubes.
13. Cook until the sauce becomes a little thick and saucy.
14. Turn off the flame.
15. Then add the cooked Maggi and toss well.
16. Serve hot.
