Easy Crepes Recipe | Thin, Soft & Delicious – Perfect for Any Topping

Crepes

Ingredients for Crepes:
• 1 cup (120 g) all-purpose flour
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup (120 ml) milk
• 1/2 cup (120 ml) water
• 1 tbsp (12 g) sugar
• 1/4 tsp (1 g) salt
• 2 tbsp (28 g) butter, melted

Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and milk until well combined.
2. Add the flour and mix until the batter is smooth with no lumps.
3. Stir in the water and mix until fully incorporated.
4. Add the salt and melted butter, and mix until smooth and well combined.
5. Heat a lightly oiled non-stick pan or crepe pan over medium heat.
6. Pour or scoop the batter into the pan.
7. Tilt the pan in a circular motion to evenly coat the surface with the batter.
8. Cook the crepe until the bottom is golden brown.
9. Loosen the edges with a spatula and flip the crepe. Cook the other side until lightly browned.
10. Repeat with the remaining batter, re-oiling the pan if needed.
11. Serve the crepes hot with your favorite toppings. (I had blueberry cranberry jam, and sour cream.)
