Ингредиенты
Начинка:
Куриный фарш- 400 г.
Капуста - 400 г.
Лук - 150 г.
Морковь- 150 г.
Масло растительное- 50 мл.
Масло сливочное - 50 г.
Соль, чёрный перец, зелень- по вкусу.

Кефир - 0,5 л.
Мука - 15 ст.л. с горкой
Растительное масло - 3 ст.л.
Яйцо куриное- 1 шт.
Сахар - 2 ч.л.
Сода пищевая- 0,5 ч.л.
Соль - 0,5 ч.л.

Minced chicken - 400 g.
Cabbage - 400 g.
Onion - 150 g.
Carrots - 150 g.
Vegetable oil - 50 ml.
Butter - 50 g.
Salt, black pepper, herbs - to taste.

Kefir - 0.5 l.
Flour - 15 tbsp. with a slide
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Sugar - 2 tsp.
Baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
Salt - 0.5 tsp.
Cooking Instructions:
Filling:
Grate the carrot on a coarse grater, slice the onion into half-rings, and shred the cabbage into thin strips. Sauté the onion in a mix of vegetable and butter until translucent. Add the ground chicken and cook until done, breaking up any clumps. Then, add the carrot, cabbage, salt, and pepper to taste. Simmer until soft. Finally, stir in the fresh herbs—the filling is ready.
Batter:
In 500 ml of kefir, add one egg, ½ teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and ½ teaspoon of baking soda. Mix well. Once the baking soda activates and the mixture becomes fluffy, gradually add flour (15 heaping tablespoons) until the consistency resembles thick sour cream. Stir thoroughly to remove any lumps.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper, pour in half of the batter, and spread the filling evenly. Then, pour the remaining batter on top. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 40–45 minutes until golden brown. Check for doneness with a toothpick—if it comes out dry, the pie is ready.
