Versailles is totally worth it, but especially when you take the time to see the grounds and gardens of Versailles. Doing so on a bike (in my opinion) is the best way to do it as you can cover way more ground and get a better overview of the entire estate. It's a massive territory to cover, one you won't want to do on foot. Tours of Versailles are worth it - but especially bike tours.
