Fishing Port Essaouira, Fish Market, Raw SEAFOOD, Bissara! Morocco Travel

Essaouira, Morocco is famous for it's fish. We went to the fish market this morning to check out what was going on. We found the usual sardines, dorado, shrimp, calamari, as well as a shark! I found bissara, a famous Moroccan soup, but this time it was yellow. We ended up eating raw urchins, snales, clams, and mussels. The locals were friendly and happy to see us. Seagulls are more abundant than people here in Mogador, the famous city of Morocco for it's old style, favored in movies such as Orsen Wells' Othello and Game of Thrones. Recently John Wick 3 was filmed here. During production of the film cats disrupted many scenes involving the dog actors.
