Today I'm showing you what a typical order of supplies looks like for us. We are in a unique situation because we live 40 miles outside of the nearest city, which means that if we ever need supplies we have to drive almost an hour there, shop, and drive an hour back. For that reason, we have back up supplies that we keep in a storage shed. It's a constant challene to manage how much backstock we need. The less backstock we have, the more cash on hand that we have. It has been a learning process over the past six years we have been in business, but we are learning more every day. Learning the trends in our business, like seasons and school schedules, have helped us to keep a more accurate backstock.
