Wujing: It's An Alsace

Wujing is a carbon copy of the Alsace. This means it is a very very good t9 battleship. It gets 12 somewhat accurate guns, thanks to deadeye, and good speed. This makes it an excellent battleship at flanking, and repositioning to punish the enemy team for their mistakes.
