These puff pastry appetizer are not only super easy to make but look beautiful too.

We need 3 puff pastry sheets and egg wash for brushing.
For the puff pastry shells:
100 grams / 3.5 oz cream cheese
100 grams / 3.5 oz drained, flaked tuna
100 grams / 3.5 oz diced bell peppers
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste

For the puff pastry flowers:
20 grams / 0.7 oz freshly grated parmesan cheese
10-15 black olives, pitted

For the puff pastry roses:
1 tablespoon basil pesto

Per le rose di pasta sfoglia ci serve:
un cucchiaio pesto
