I finally met up with Byron, his wife, Ruth and his team to observe the the amazing work they are doing at their goat dairy farm in Trelawny.

From feeding, breeding and securing the animals, to milking, preserving the milk and converting the goat milk into an array of exciting bi-products; I learned oh so much!
