Compassionately understanding our experience opens the door to forgiving those that’ve hurt us.
In doing so, we have an opportunity to clean the slate, while having the capacity to receive the love and care that others do have the ability to extend to us in the midst of their messy humanity.
We all need to unload the burdens that weigh us down and recognizing the pain we’ve buried is powerful first step!
