PLASMA MEMBRANE structure and function: Phospholipid bilayer for A-level Biology. Fluid-mosaic model

Learn the structure of the plasma membrane, which makes up both cell surface membranes and organelle membranes. Learn the components (phospholipids, cholesterol, proteins, glycoproteins and glycolipids) and how these make the membrane partially permeable.
