Why would he say that! I’m so confused🤔

Let me be super clear. I absolutely LOVE shopping at Walgreens! They have great deals and 9 times out of 10, the employees go out of their way to greet me and help me out every single time I’m in the store. This particular manager was also very kind and helpful and tried his best to fix the transaction. The other employees were very nice as well.

Things only took a turn when he expressed his true feelings about couponing and his personal views on how we are somehow getting deals the wrong way by Importing them into the Walgreens app. Other than that he was super polite and helpful. It just was not his place whatsoever to give his personal opinion in such a condescending way while representing Walgreens.

That being said, I am also a person with feelings who is entitled to feel offended when I am in an uncomfortable situation. This was an uncomfortable situation .Even if the offense wasn’t intended, my feelings are valid as a customer and I reserve the right to speak openly about my experience. 💕
