My 1000-mile Road Trip From California to Washington

You'll see some beautiful aerial videos from my drone as I make the 1000-mile drive from my current home in California up to my new home in Washington state. I stopped at quite a few scenic places along the way to get video of all the beauty I was seeing... from California's Shasta Lake to the Crooked River Canyon in Oregon and the Columbia River Gorge along the border of Washington and Oregon.

Really, the video is mostly about the beauty of Oregon, though! My drive from the southern border with California all the way up to the northern border with Washington was incredible. I've done it many times over the years, to visit my sister and her family in Washington state, but this time I made a point to capture as much of the beauty as I could on video.

So, this 15-minute video is basically a 2020 version of a travelogue. Sit back and enjoy as I bring you along with me for my two-day road trip.

The aerial videos were captured with a DJI Mavic Mini drone, and most of the rest of the videos were shot with a GoPro 8.
