The TRIAD of ARM WRESTLING TECHNIQUES

In this video we intro a new series: The Triad of Arm Wrestling Techniques. This triad consists of the post, the hook and the low hand top roll! These moves are so fundamental to arm wrestling! You have gotta learn and master them! These moves are so important because they all interact with eachother, meaning they counter eachother.
