= forgettable answers.

✅ Say this instead:

“One that stands out: I [what you did], which resulted in [specific ROI — revenue, efficiency, cost savings, etc.]. That had a lasting impact on [team / client / product].”

Here’s why it works:

🔹 It’s measurable
🔹 It ties effort to business value

💡 Vague contribution gets vague results.Clear contribution gets better offers.

📉 In today’s market, if you can’t articulate how you moved the business forward — someone else will.
