Welcome to paradise! In Part 1 of my unforgettable Costa Rica adventure, I stayed at the stunning Planet Hollywood Beach Resort, nestled along the breathtaking Papagayo Gulf. From the moment I arrived, this all-inclusive escape delivered the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure.

The resort’s dining scene was next-level. I indulged in four à la carte restaurants and an endless buffet that kept every craving satisfied. At Guy’s! Burger Joint, I sank my teeth into juicy, flavorful burgers that hit the spot every time. East Sushi & Teppanyaki Bar served up fresh Asian-inspired dishes with show-stopping flair, while Sunset Steakhouse impressed with perfectly grilled cuts and savory sides. And the romantic ambiance at Gusto Italian Trattoria? Bellissimo! Handmade pasta, rich sauces, and decadent desserts — it felt like a night in Tuscany.

During the day, I floated between two expansive pools, each with its own swim-up bar, serving tropical cocktails and chill vibes under the sun. Whether lounging poolside or wading through the clear blue water, the atmosphere was pure bliss.

But the highlight? A breathtaking catamaran tour along the Pacific coast — complete with music, snorkeling, and unforgettable sunset views.
