On The Scene: Authorities have arrested the security guard linked to the fatal shooting of two of his fellow guards at a car dealership in Quezon City, the city's police chief said Thursday. The incident occurred Wednesday afternoon, when the suspect—reportedly intoxicated—entered the dealership office along Commonwealth Avenue while carrying a 9mm handgun and shot the two victims, who were asleep at the time, in the head. Both victims were declared dead on the spot.
