Why The MPT-7210a Charge Controller Might Be The Best Golf Cart Solar Charger

You must plan your solar panel voltage with your battery voltage. You can have it higher or lower, but if it's the same your charge controller options are limited. This charge controller seems to bridge the gap by providing MPPT Boost charging capabilities but the ability to fall back to PWM-like Charging when the Battery voltage is lower than the connected panel.
